Trish founded TriStar eLearning Solutions to create learning experiences that respect both the complexity of the content and the people expected to use it.
For more than 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of instructional strategy, content development, technology, and performance—turning complex information into clear, engaging learning that supports real decisions and real work.
Her experience includes custom eLearning, course modernization, compliance and continuing education, multimedia development, learning-management systems, assessments, and collaboration with subject-matter experts and organizational leaders.
Trish’s perspective is also shaped by ongoing graduate study in education and a continuing focus on knowledge retention and recall. That research-minded approach reinforces a practical belief: learning is not successful simply because content was delivered. It is successful when people can understand it, remember it, and apply it.
